General

Nestorfest is a public event created to provide a safe, inclusive, and memorable festival experience. By purchasing a ticket and/or attending the event, you agree to our policies.

Tickets and refunds

• All tickets are personal and valid only for the specified day or period.

• Tickets are non-refundable, except in the case of event cancellation.

• Program changes do not qualify for refunds.

• In case of cancellation, ticket holders will be informed through official channels.

Camping policy

• Camping is only permitted with a valid camping ticket.

• Follow staff instructions and respect quiet hours.

• Open fires and hazardous items are strictly prohibited.

• Littering is not allowed – please leave the campsite clean.

Safety and conduct

Nestorfest has zero tolerance for:

• Violence, threats, or harassment

• Discrimination or abusive behavior

• Illegal substances

Violations may result in removal from the event without refund.

Photography and filming

Photography and filming may take place during Nestorfest for promotional and documentation purposes. By attending the event, you consent to the use of such material where you may appear.

Personal data (GDPR)

We process personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws. Information is used solely for ticket administration and event-related communication.

Limitation of liability

Attendance is at your own risk. The organizer is not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen personal belongings during the event.
